We accept returns in case the customer contacts us within 7 days, counting from the date of goods reception and if the items are returned within 30 days from the same date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
a) Situations where refunds are granted;
- If goods you bought turns out to be faulty or do not look as advertised.
- If goods you bought arrives damaged.
Please send a photo of the damaged or faulty goods to email@example.com then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
b) Situations where refunds are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Your product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of the nature of this process, we reserve the right to reject your refund request for all other situations which are not stated point (a).
What happens if the package can’t be delivered?
We don’t accept refunds in case the package can’t be delivered. We can send the order again when it arrives back to our facility but you will be responsible for the additional shipment cost. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. Adding a valid delivery address and a phone number during checkout is the customer’s responsibility. You should track the shipment from order tracking page and contact your local post office with your tracking number if the order hasn’t arrived in estimated delivery time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Your product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Because of the nature of this process we don’t accept exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping fees for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Noumena is not responsible for items any loss or missing items during the return delivery.
